Blendstrup & Associates works with individuals as well as large and small teams. We offer a variety of training sessions and workshops for Accent Reduction, US Communications Skills, Interview Coaching, Understanding Cultural Differences in Companies to individuals and to groups in our office or in corporations.

We are geared to training foreign-born executives and US executives to sound professional and convey messages with conviction. We work primarily in Silicon Valley and the greater San Francisco Bay Area, but we can also travel to your office outside of our area if that is more convenient for you.

One on One Coaching

One-on-one coaching means working with you on your issues, your professional vocabulary and your goals. Ten sessions will change your accent and your colleagues will listen to your message, not to how you say it.

Group Sessions

Group sessions guarantee that everyone is heard and will get the personalized attention he/she needs to bring about successful changes.

Videotaping sessions and accent reducing or presentation techniques are used to help you understand on which areas you need to focus. In addition, you will receive personalized recorded vocabulary to use for your daily 10 minute homework exercises. Remote Coaching

Remote coaching including tele and video conferencing and coaching over the phone is often an easy alternative to coming into the office. It is possible to do so using either just the phone or work with phone + a webcam depending on your preference.
